Appetizer: Mushroom puff pastry tartlets on a wild herb salad with pomegranate and walnuts
Main course: Braised beef in red wine sauce with potato and chestnut roll, crispy Brussels sprouts and cranberry pears
Dessert: Apple and cranberry crumble with cinnamon and cream sour cream
