Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, whereby a personal reference can be excluded. Google Inc., based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or § 15 para. 3 TMG on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes. The data is stored in anonymized form for 50 months.
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Hotjar
Our website uses the Hotjar Ltd. web analysis service. Hotjar Ltd. is a European company based in Malta (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe, Tel: +1 (855) 464-6788).
This tool can be used to track movements on the websites on which Hotjar is used (so-called heat maps). For example, it is possible to see how far users scroll and which buttons users click and how often. The tool also makes it possible to obtain feedback directly from website users. Above all, Hotjar's services can improve the functionality of Hotjar-based websites by making them more user-friendly, more valuable and easier to use for end users.
We pay particular attention to the protection of your personal data when using this tool. For example, we can only track which buttons are clicked, the path of the mouse, how far you scroll, the screen size of the device, device type and browser information, geographical location (only the country) and the preferred language to display our website. Areas of the websites in which personal data about you or third parties are displayed are automatically hidden by Hotjar and are therefore not traceable at any time. IP addresses are only stored and processed in anonymized form in order to prevent them from being directly linked to individuals. Hotjar uses various third-party services such as Google Analytics and Optimizely. It may therefore be the case that these services collect data that is transmitted by your browser as part of website requests. This may be cookies or your IP address, for example. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
Hotjar offers every user the option of preventing the use of the Hotjar tool with the help of a "Do-not-Track header" so that no data about the visit to the respective website is recorded. This is a setting that is supported by all standard browsers in current versions. To do this, your browser sends a request to Hotjar to deactivate the tracking of the respective user. If you use our websites with different browsers or computers, you must set up the "Do-not-track header" separately for each of these browsers or computers.
When visiting a Hotjar-based website, you can prevent Hotjar from collecting your data at any time by visiting our opt-out page https://www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out and click Deactivate Hotjar. Further information about Hotjar Ltd. and the Hotjar tool can be found at: https://www.hotjar.com

When using Zapier, data is transferred to the USA, which is generally considered a third country with an insecure level of data protection under the GDPR. Further information on data protection at Zapier can be found at: https://zapier.com/privacy/.
Social media plugins
Social networks (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) are only integrated on our website as links to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated text/image link, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider. User information is only transferred to the respective provider after you have been redirected. For information on the handling of your personal data when using these websites, please refer to the respective privacy policies of the providers you use.
With the help of social media plugins ("plugins") from various social networks, you can, for example, share content or recommend products.
When you visit a website of this Internet presence that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network as soon as you visit a website of our Internet presence. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser, which integrates it into the website.
By integrating the plugins, the social network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Facebook "Like" button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the social network and stored there.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection notices of the respective networks or websites. You will find the links below.
If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of these networks before visiting our website.
Even if you are not logged in to the social networks, websites with active social plugins can send data to the networks. An active plugin sets a cookie with an identifier each time the website is accessed. As your browser sends this cookie every time you connect to a network server without being asked, the network could in principle use it to create a profile of which websites the user belonging to the identifier has visited. And it would then also be quite possible to assign this identifier to a person again later - for example when logging into the social network at a later date.
We use the following plugins on our websites:
Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via active plugins, you can either simply deactivate the social plugins with a click on our websites or select the "Block third-party cookies" function in your browser settings. The browser will then not send any cookies to the server for embedded content from other providers. With this setting, however, other cross-page functions may no longer work in addition to the plugins.
Facebook:
We use plugins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
You can find the link to Facebook's privacy policy here: Facebook privacy policy. https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Facebook cookies and Facebook remarketing
Remarketing tags from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the remarketing tags. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We can use the information obtained in this way to display Facebook ads. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you do not wish data to be collected via Custom Audience, you can deactivate Custom Audiences here. The basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer.
With your consent, we use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") on our website. With its help, we can track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This allows us to record the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, and we will inform you of this to the best of our knowledge. Facebook can link this data to your Facebook account and also use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.
Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc ("Google"). This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to the website as part of the Google advertising network. The website visitor's browser stores so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which make it possible to recognize the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor can then be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can deactivate it by changing the relevant settings under http://www.google.com/settings/ads to do so. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp follow.
