Stoking and cleaning set

The be-all and end-all for culinary pleasure in the oven. The 4-piece stoking and cleaning set with wooden handles makes working on the Merklinger easier. Scope of delivery consists of:

  • Broom with natural bristles for sweeping the refractory bricks and the interior
  • Stoker for moving and stoking the fire in the combustion chamber
  • Shovel for occasional ash removal (Please note: We recommend always leaving a 2-3 cm high ash bed in the stove)
  • Glow slider for distributing the embers in the oven
