A passion for baking! Der Back Workshop with Sebastian Brücklmaier (Brot-Sommelier und dem deutschen Meister der Bäckermeister) auf dem Merklinger Holzbackofen, am 28. und 29. Oktober. 1.5 days of baking funexciting insights into the baking trade, sound professional knowledge and something special: Your active participation! You will prepare the dough yourself the day before and bake it on the Merklinger.
