- No assembly. The Merklinger is supplied assembled with the 99%. All you have to do is attach the chimney pipe with chimney hood to the wood-burning oven and off you go.
- Fast heat-up time of 20 minutes for grilling or 30 minutes for baking.
- Comfortable height of the grilling and baking area. Bake and grill WITHOUT bending over.
- Extremely easy to clean compared to the majority of grills and ovens on the market. Instead of laborious scrubbing and brushing, the interior, the fireclay bricks and the grill grate are simply burnt free.
