Wir haben uns den "kleinsten" Merklinger für unser Wochenendhaus in Brandenburg gekauft. Und sind froh, das Geld investiert zu haben:
- Pizzen gelingen wie bei meiner sizilianischen Nonna,
- das Sauerteigbrot schmeckt wie bei der Hamburger Mama
- der geräucherte Fisch hätte den polnischen Opa glücklich gemacht!
Warum? Wir hatten vorher ein kleines Green Egg, das wir noch immer gerne fürs schnelle Grillen verwenden, aber Pizza, Fisch oder Brot zu backen ist mit einem (Keramik-)Grill nicht ideal. Deshalb wollten wie einen Holzbackofen und Räucherofen.
Der Merklinger wird noch per Hand hergestellt, hier signiert auch der Weidenkorbhersteller persönlich. Das alles merkt man dem Gerät an. Es wird uns noch die nächsten Jahrzehnte begleiten!

Ein geniales Gerät!
Natürlich von der Handhabung her etwas anderes als ein Gasgrill o.ä. Aber das Ergebnis am Ende ist auf jeden Fall den Aufwand wert. Und man hat deutlich mehr Möglichkeiten.

Der Merklinger ist der „burner“😉 : er bäckt, kocht, brät, grillt und räuchert wie ein Weltmeister. Es macht immer wieder einfach nur Freude, mit ihm draußen zusammen zu arbeiten! Erfüllt und übertrifft alle Erwartungen!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Vom Anfeuern bis zum Essen. Das Aroma der zubereiteten Gerichte/ Brote/Fleisch/Gemüse ist einfach unübertroffen. Sehr kreative und effektive Kochsessions sind garantiert.

Es hat alles rundum super geklappt, von der Beratung, Bestellung, Lieferung und Einweisung.
Der Merklinger ist wirklich super verarbeitet und macht sehr viel Freude.
