{"id":37971,"date":"2024-11-29T08:45:03","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T07:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=37971"},"modified":"2024-11-29T08:45:04","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T07:45:04","slug":"reindeer-cuts-2","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/rentier-schnitten-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Reindeer slices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong>\u00a0Firebricks\/spacer grate<br><strong>Working hours:<\/strong> 20 minutes<br><strong>Baking time:<\/strong> approx. 25 minutes<br><br><strong>Preheating:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Top heat:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 200-220\u00b0C<br><br><strong>In the BOBBY:<br>Preheating:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 10-15 minutes<br><strong>Top heat:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 180-200\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/strong> (for 20 slices)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g soft butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sachets vanilla sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>380 g wheat flour type 405<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 g baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons cocoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon gingerbread spice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>190 ml red wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp rum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g chocolate shavings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chocolate drops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marzipan paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>red chocolate drops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salted pretzels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter and flour for the tray<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200-220\u00b0C (BOBBY approx. 180-200\u00b0C).<br><br>Grease a baking tray and sprinkle with flour.<br><br>Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a whisk on the highest speed until white and creamy and the sugar has dissolved. Beat in the eggs one at a time for at least half a minute.<br><br>Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and spices and stir in briefly, alternating with the red wine. Then stir in the rum and grated chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread the batter onto the prepared baking tray.
