{"id":37144,"date":"2024-08-02T08:25:52","date_gmt":"2024-08-02T06:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=37144"},"modified":"2024-08-02T08:25:53","modified_gmt":"2024-08-02T06:25:53","slug":"filled-carrot-bread-with-rocket-and-gorgonzola","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/gefuelltes-aehrenbrot-mit-rucola-und-gorgonzola\/","title":{"rendered":"Filled spelt bread with rocket and gorgonzola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Fireclay bricks \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/celtic-bowl\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"32556\">Celtic bowl<\/a> <br><strong>Working hours:<\/strong> 35 minutes<br><strong>Baking time:<\/strong> approx. 25-30 minutes<br><br><strong>Preheating:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Top heat:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 280-300\u00b0C<br><br><strong>In the<\/strong> <strong>BOBBY:<\/strong> <br><strong>Preheating:<\/strong> approx. 10-15 minutes<br><strong>Top heat:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 250-280\u00b0C<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br><\/strong>(for 2 loaves)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 ml lukewarm water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cube yeast (room temperature)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g wheat flour type 550<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g cream cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g Gorgonzola, cut into cubes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g pine nuts, roasted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 handfuls of rocket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flour or semola for the work surface<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the water into the mixing bowl of the food processor and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the flour and salt and knead for about 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Add the olive oil and knead for a further 2-3 minutes.<br><br>Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a pan oiled with olive oil.<br>Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.<br><br>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 280-300\u00b0C (BOBBY approx. 250-280\u00b0C).<br><br>Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and divide once.<br><br>Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle measuring 30 x 45 cm and spread half the amount of cream cheese on each. Leave a 1-2 cm border free.<br><br>Spread half rocket, half cheese and half pine nuts over the cream cheese.<br><br>Now roll up from the long side and place on the Celtic bowl with the seam facing downwards.<br><br>Cut the dough rolls with scissors every 4 cm from the top. The roll should still hang together at the bottom.
