{"id":36990,"date":"2024-07-11T12:50:59","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T10:50:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=36990"},"modified":"2024-07-11T13:06:32","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T11:06:32","slug":"barbecue-skewers-of-pork-neck-from-the-bobby","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/grillspiesse-vom-schweinenacken-aus-dem-bobby\/","title":{"rendered":"Barbecued pork neck skewers from the bobby"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/celtic-bowl\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"32556\">Celtic bowl<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/spacer-grid\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"673\">Spacer grid<\/a><br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>20 minutes<br><strong>Barbecue time: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 25-30 minutes<br><br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 15 minutes<br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 200-230\u00b0C<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br><br>(for 4-6 skewers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg pork neck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>For the marinade:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tbsp tomato puree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp white wine vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp paprika powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 tablespoons honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons cooking oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp cornflour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 g leek, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chili, finely chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the meat into large cubes, place in a bowl and season with salt.<br><br><strong>For the marinade:<br><\/strong>Stir the tomato pur\u00e9e in a bowl with 100 ml water until smooth.<br><br>Stir in all the other ingredients and add to the meat. Mix everything together thoroughly, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.<br><br><strong>Tip:<br><\/strong>If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers for 1 hour before skewering the pieces of meat.<br><br><br>Heat the BOBBY to approx. 200-230\u00b0C.<br>Heat the Celtic dish and the spacer rack on top of it in the oven.<br><br>Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers and sprinkle all over with the mixture of finely chopped leek, garlic and chili.<br><br>Grill the skewers on the hot grid for approx. 25-30 minutes.
