{"id":34329,"date":"2024-02-01T15:34:34","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T14:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=34329"},"modified":"2024-02-01T15:34:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T14:34:36","slug":"one-pot-macaroni-casserole","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/one-pot-makkaroni-auflauf\/","title":{"rendered":"One pot macaroni casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Fireclay bricks \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/extendable-grill-grate\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"668\">extendable grill grate<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/celtic-pot\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"32540\">Celtic pot \u00ae<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/product\/celtic-pot-fry-top-lid\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"32550\">Celtic pot \u00ae Frying plate\/lid<\/a><br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 220-250\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 15 minutes<br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>15 minutes<br><strong>Cooking time: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 30 minutes<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for 6-8 persons)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tablespoons oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 g minced meat to taste or sausage meat from raw, coarse sausages or Italian sausages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 onion, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clove of garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp tomato puree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 ml hot vegetable stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 g strained tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-5 fresh sprigs of thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g short macaroni&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g grated cheese (e.g. Edam, Gouda, Emmental, mozzarella)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 slices of bacon&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprigs of thyme for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 220-250\u00b0C.<br><br>Heat the Celtic pot on the pull-out grill rack directly over the fire.<br><br>Pluck the leaves from the thyme sprigs.<br><br>Heat the oil in the pan and fry the mince until crumbly. Fry the onions and garlic briefly.<br><br>Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato pur\u00e9e and saut\u00e9.<br>Add the hot vegetable stock, the strained tomatoes and the thyme and season well with salt and pepper.<br><br>Bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and pasta. <br><br>Spread the cheese over the casserole and place the pan on the hot firebricks in the Merklinger.
