{"id":29805,"date":"2023-04-06T08:26:20","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T06:26:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=29805"},"modified":"2023-04-06T08:26:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T06:26:22","slug":"two-kinds-of-colorful-baked-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/zweierlei-bunte-ofenkartoffeln\/","title":{"rendered":"Two kinds of colorful baked potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong>&nbsp;Firebricks\/spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat:&nbsp;<\/strong>approx. 220-250\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating:&nbsp;<\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours:<\/strong>  20 minutes<br><strong>Cooking time:<\/strong> approx. 70-75 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br><\/strong>(for 8 baked potatoes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>8 potatoes, mainly waxy, 150 g each<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr vier Ofenkartoffeln &#8222;griechisch&#8220;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 g red pesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g feta, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 red and 1\/2 yellow bell pepper, in strips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>F\u00fcr vier Ofenkartoffeln &#8222;italienisch&#8220;:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 g green pesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 black olives, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 cherry tomatoes, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesan shavings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fresh herbs (e.g. thyme, basil)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sea salt flakes, pepper from the mill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 220-250\u00b0C.<br><br>Brush the potatoes well and make several incisions. Place each potato with the incisions facing upwards on a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil.<br>Spread 1-2 teaspoons of red pesto over every four potatoes and green pesto over the remaining four. Wrap the potatoes in foil and place on the spacer rack on the firebricks.<br><br>Cook for approx. 1 hour. Use a wooden skewer to check whether the potatoes are done. If it slides through the potatoes without resistance, they are ready.<br><br>Then carefully unwrap the potatoes and place them in a large pan or casserole dish with the incisions facing upwards.<br><br>Fill the four potatoes with red pesto with feta, peppers and paprika. Fill the remaining four potatoes with mozzarella, olives and tomatoes.<br><br>Place the pan back on the wire rack in the hot Merklinger and gratinate the potatoes for approx. 10-15 minutes.<br><br>Garnish the \"Italian\" baked potatoes with Parmesan shavings and basil leaves.
