{"id":25439,"date":"2022-11-14T17:28:39","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T16:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=25439"},"modified":"2022-11-16T12:43:51","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T11:43:51","slug":"goulash-soup","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/gulaschsuppe\/","title":{"rendered":"Goulash soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong>\u00a0Firebricks\/spacer grate\/grill grate<br><strong>Top heat:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 200-220\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating:\u00a0<\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours:\u00a0<\/strong>30 minutes<br><strong>Cooking time:<\/strong> approx. 90 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For 6 people<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg beef goulash<\/li><li>2 tablespoons clarified butter<\/li><li>3-4 onions<\/li><li>1-2 garlic cloves<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>3 tbsp tomato puree<\/li><li>1 tbsp sweet paprika<\/li><li>1 tbsp flour<\/li><li>2 l hot beef stock<\/li><li>2 glasses of red wine<\/li><li>400 ml chunky tomatoes<\/li><li>1 tsp marjoram<\/li><li>2 bay leaves<\/li><li>Potatoes, paprika, chili (to taste)<\/li><li>100 ml whipped cream<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200-220\u00b0C.<br><br>Meanwhile, place a heavy, cast-iron pot on the firebricks to heat up.<br><br>Peel the onions and garlic.<br>Slice the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic cloves.<br><br>Heat the clarified butter in the pan directly over the fire on the grill grate and sear the beef cubes on all sides.<br><br>Now add the onion rings and garlic and saut\u00e9. Add a little salt. Add the tomato puree and paprika powder and fry briefly.<br>Sprinkle over the flour and saut\u00e9 briefly.<br><br>Then deglaze with the hot stock and red wine.
