{"id":24432,"date":"2022-09-09T09:32:36","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T07:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=24432"},"modified":"2022-09-09T09:32:39","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T07:32:39","slug":"oatmeal-flaxseed-bread","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/haferflocken-leinsamen-broetchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Oatmeal and linseed rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Firebricks\/spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 250-300\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>15 minutes<br><strong>Baking: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 20-25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for 12 pieces)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>650 ml cold water<\/li><li>4 g yeast (room temperature)<\/li><li>1 teaspoon liquid honey<\/li><li>20 g salt<\/li><li>1 tbsp red balsamic vinegar<\/li><li>100 g ground linseed plus a little for sprinkling<\/li><li>250 g rolled oats plus some for sprinkling<\/li><li>400 g type 550 wheat flour plus a little more for working the dough and the baking tray<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The evening before:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the water into a large bowl and dissolve the yeast and honey in it. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon to form a mushy dough.<br><br>Cover the dough and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 12 hours.<br><strong><br>On baking day:<br><\/strong>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 250-300\u00b0C.<br><br>Sprinkle a baking tray with flour.<br><br>Place the dough on a well-floured work surface. Carefully stretch out into a rectangle with floured hands.
