{"id":23838,"date":"2022-07-15T11:46:41","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T09:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=23838"},"modified":"2022-07-15T11:46:44","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T09:46:44","slug":"baked-rice-balls-with-crispy-center-on-strawberry-sauce","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/gebackene-milchreisbaellchen-mit-knusperkern-auf-erdbeersosse\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked rice pudding balls with crispy center on strawberry sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Firebricks \/ spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 220-250\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>40 minutes<br><strong>Baking: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 20 minutes<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for approx. 12 pieces)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the rice pudding:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 liter whole milk<\/li><li>250 g rice pudding<\/li><li>1 pinch of salt<\/li><li>Zest of one untreated lime<\/li><li>30 g sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the strawberry sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g strawberries<\/li><li>50 g sugar<\/li><li>1-2 tbsp lime juice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>approx. 12 coconut-almond chocolates (e.g. Raffaello)<\/li><li>Butter flakes + butter for the mold<\/li><li>60 g sesame seeds&nbsp;<\/li><li>40 g brown sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the rice pudding:<\/strong><br>Put the milk, rice, salt and lime zest in a large pan and bring everything to the boil. Stir occasionally. Leave the rice pudding to simmer gently for approx. 20 minutes over a very low heat with the pan covered. Stir once halfway through the cooking time. <br><br>Then switch off the hob and stir the sugar into the rice pudding.<br>Reheat the rice pudding on the hot hob and leave to cool thoroughly.<br><br>It is best to take it out of the fridge for further processing. You can also make it the day before.<br><br>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 220-250 \u00b0C.<br><br><strong><br>For the strawberry sauce:<\/strong><br>Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Place in a pan with the sugar and lime juice and bring to the boil.<br>Simmer gently for 10 minutes over a medium heat and then puree.<br><br>Grease a baking dish with butter.<br><br>Mix the sesame seeds and sugar in a small bowl.<br><br>Shape the cooled rice pudding into 12 balls. To do this, press a little rice pudding into the palm of your hand to form a flat cake for each ball. Place the praline in the middle, cover with the rice pudding and roll into a ball.<br><br>Roll the balls in the sesame and sugar mixture and place in the prepared dish.
