{"id":23700,"date":"2022-06-30T20:19:10","date_gmt":"2022-06-30T18:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=23700"},"modified":"2022-06-30T20:19:13","modified_gmt":"2022-06-30T18:19:13","slug":"polenta-pizza","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/polenta-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Polenta pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Firebricks \/ spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 250-300\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>15 minutes<br><strong>Baking: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 20-25 minutes<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for one baking tray)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>900 ml vegetable stock (preferably home-cooked)<\/li><li>2 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp for the baking tray<\/li><li>300 g instant polenta<\/li><li>150 g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 red onion<\/li><li>approx. 250 ml strained tomatoes&nbsp;<\/li><li>180 g olives (e.g. olives with herbs)<\/li><li>50 g capers (in vinegar brine)<\/li><li>125 g mozzarella (or buffalo mozzarella)<\/li><li>Salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 250-300\u00b0C.<br><br>Brush a baking tray with olive oil.<br><br>To make the polenta, pour the vegetable stock into a large pan with the olive oil and bring to the boil. The vegetable stock should be well seasoned. Pour in the corn semolina and stir with a whisk for approx. 3 minutes over a medium heat until the mixture becomes creamy. As soon as the polenta thickens, stir in the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and season again with salt and pepper.<br><br>Now spread the polenta evenly onto the prepared baking tray using a pastry card.<br><br>Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices. Season the tomato pur\u00e9e with salt, pepper and oregano and spread over the polenta.
