{"id":22063,"date":"2022-04-22T08:16:17","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T06:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=22063"},"modified":"2022-04-22T08:16:19","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T06:16:19","slug":"tomato-and-tuna-tart","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/tomaten-thunfisch-tarte\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomato and tuna tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Firebricks\/spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat: <\/strong> approx. 220-250\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating: <\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>35 minutes<br><strong>Baking time: <\/strong>ca<strong>.<\/strong> 35-40 minutes<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: <br>(for 1 tart or springform pan, approx. 28 cm in diameter)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the shortcrust pastry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g wheat flour type 405<\/li><li>1 msp. baking powder<\/li><li>1 pinch of salt<\/li><li>125 g cold butter in cubes<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>Cold water as required<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g cherry tomatoes<\/li><li>260 g tuna in its own juice (drained weight)<\/li><li>5 spring onions<\/li><li>\u00bd bunch parsley<\/li><li>3 eggs (size M)<\/li><li>350 g sour cream<\/li><li>1 buffalo mozzarella, diced<\/li><li>Salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Butter for the mold<\/li><li>2 tbsp breadcrumbs&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the shortcrust pastry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Spread the butter on top and crumble it into the flour mixture with cold hands. Add the egg, mix briefly and then knead quickly on a lightly floured work surface to form a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a flat cake, wrap in cling film and chill for at least 1 hour.<br><br>During this time, grease the baking tin and make the filling.<br><br>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 220-250\u00b0C.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the filling:<br><\/strong>Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the tuna and shred in a bowl with a fork. Wash and trim the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Mix the eggs and sour cream in a bowl. Mix in the spring onions, tuna, parsley and buffalo mozzarella.<br>Season the filling well with salt and pepper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br>Roll out the dough into a round on a lightly floured work surface using a rolling pin. Wrap the dough loosely around the rolling pin and place in the tin.
