{"id":20945,"date":"2022-01-14T08:22:34","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T07:22:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=20945"},"modified":"2022-02-16T08:44:56","modified_gmt":"2022-02-16T07:44:56","slug":"bacon-and-leek-rolls","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/bacon-porree-rolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Bacon-Porree-Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong> Grill grate\/ firebricks\/spacer grate<br><strong>Top heat:<\/strong>\u00a0 approx. 220-250\u00b0C<br><strong>Preheating<\/strong>approx. 30 minutes<br><strong>Working hours:<\/strong> 30 minutes<br><strong>Cooking time:<\/strong> approx. 30-35 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><strong>For the filling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 thick stalks of leek<\/li><li>\u00bd bunch of fresh parsley<\/li><li>350 g potato dough (homemade or dumpling dough from the chiller cabinet)<\/li><li>50 g breadcrumbs<\/li><li>1 egg (size M)<\/li><li>30 g fried onions<\/li><li>Salt, pepper, nutmeg<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In addition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>approx. 12 slices of bacon<\/li><li>2-3 tablespoons liquid honey<\/li><li>some oil for the mold<\/li><li>short wooden skewers or toothpicks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to 220-250\u00b0C.<br><br>Cut the leek in half lengthwise and wash well, including between the leaves. <br>Divide the porr stalks once (so that they fit into the pot) and blanch in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Remove the inner leaves and use elsewhere. Leave 3-4 layers of the outer leaves.<br><br>Coat a roasting pan with oil.<br><strong><br>For the filling:<\/strong><br>Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. <br>Place the parsley, potato dough, breadcrumbs, egg and fried onions in a large bowl and knead everything together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
