{"id":19152,"date":"2021-11-12T07:48:49","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T06:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=19152"},"modified":"2021-11-12T07:48:52","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T06:48:52","slug":"apple-cranberry-crumble-with-cinnamon-cream-sour-cream","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/apfel-cranberry-crumble-mit-zimt-sahne-schmand\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple and cranberry crumble with cinnamon and cream sour cream"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong> (for 8 people)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g cranberries, dried<\/li><li>3 tbsp calvados or apple juice<\/li><li>1 kg tart apples<\/li><li>2 tablespoons lemon juice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>For the crumble:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g chopped almonds<\/li><li>100 g ground almonds (without skin)<\/li><li>150 g sugar<\/li><li>1 sachet of vanilla sugar<\/li><li>1 pinch of salt<\/li><li>230 g wheat flour<\/li><li>200 g melted butter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>For the cinnamon cream sour cream:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g cream<\/li><li>200 g sour cream<\/li><li>3 tbsp powdered sugar<\/li><li>2 tsp cinnamon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><li>Butter and 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs for the dish<\/li><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Soak the cranberries in Calvados or apple juice for at least 1 hour.<br><br>Heat the Merklinger to 220-250\u00b0C.<br><br>Wash and quarter the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into 1 cm cubes, place in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice and drained cranberries.<br><br>Grease an ovenproof dish (or 8 small ramekins) with butter and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.<br>Spread the apple-cranberry mixture in the dish.<br><br>Mix the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Add the melted butter.<br>First work into crumbles with a wooden spoon, then quickly with your fingers. Spread these over the apple and cranberry mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Place the tin on the wire rack in the Merklinger oven at 220-250\u00b0C and bake the apple and cranberry crumble for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.<br><br>During this time the <strong>Cinnamon cream sour cream<\/strong> produce:<br>Whisk the sour cream with the powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
