{"id":18519,"date":"2021-09-10T09:10:19","date_gmt":"2021-09-10T07:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=18519"},"modified":"2021-09-10T09:10:22","modified_gmt":"2021-09-10T07:10:22","slug":"amarettini-cake-with-roasted-almonds","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/amarettini-kuchen-mit-gebrannten-mandeln\/","title":{"rendered":"Amarettini cake with roasted almonds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>(for one cake tin, 26 cm \u00d8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-d038ce93-9b22-4991-ab9e-a15b036c21ae\"><li>300 g stale white bread<\/li><li>approx. 250 ml lukewarm milk<\/li><li>2-3 tbsp almond liqueur<\/li><li>100 g amarettini + amarettini for decorating<\/li><li>50 g cocoa powder<\/li><li>120 g sugar<\/li><li>1-2 tsp ground cinnamon&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>50 g roasted almonds + 50 g to decorate&nbsp;<\/li><li>Butter and flour for the mold<\/li><li>Powdered sugar for dusting<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the bread into cubes, place in a bowl and mix with the lukewarm milk and almond liqueur.  Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave the bread to soak for approx. 1 hour. (The bread must be completely soaked in milk.
