{"id":18379,"date":"2021-09-03T08:36:21","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T06:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=18379"},"modified":"2022-04-21T11:44:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-21T09:44:29","slug":"zucchini-casserole-with-sheeps-cheese","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/zucchini-auflauf-mit-schafskaese\/","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini casserole with feta cheese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>(for 4 people as a side dish, for 2 people as a main course)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-d038ce93-9b22-4991-ab9e-a15b036c21ae\"><li>3 small zucchinis<\/li><li>2 garlic cloves<\/li><li>Olive oil<\/li><li>5 stalks thyme<\/li><li>3 stalks rosemary<\/li><li>400 g cherry tomatoes<\/li><li>2 spring onions<\/li><li>80 g black olives, without stone<\/li><li>150 g feta cheese<\/li><li>Salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200-220\u00b0C.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the zucchinis and cut lengthwise into 3 mm thick slices (3 mm). Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Coat a baking dish with olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the zucchini slices inside, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary and thyme and shake dry. Place the garlic slices, thyme leaves and rosemary over the zucchinis and place the oven dish in the hot Merklinger for approx. 20-30 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn the zucchini slices once halfway through cooking.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the tomatoes and spring onions. Cut the spring onions into rings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the casserole dish from the Merklinger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Scatter the tomatoes, spring onions and olives over the zucchinis. Drain the feta cheese and crumble roughly over the top.
