{"id":17282,"date":"2021-07-22T21:50:55","date_gmt":"2021-07-22T19:50:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=17282"},"modified":"2021-07-22T21:50:57","modified_gmt":"2021-07-22T19:50:57","slug":"rye-kernel-box","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/roggen-koernerkasten\/","title":{"rendered":"Rye grain box"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>(for a 2.4 l loaf pan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-d038ce93-9b22-4991-ab9e-a15b036c21ae\"><li>525 ml water, lukewarm<\/li><li>30 g starter<\/li><li>550 g rye flour type 1350 <strong>or<\/strong> 275 g wholemeal rye flour and 275 g type 1150 rye flour<\/li><li>150 g yogurt, room temperature<\/li><li>1 tbsp honey<\/li><li>1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil<\/li><li>50 g sunflower seeds<\/li><li>50 g pumpkin seeds<\/li><li>50 g rolled oats<\/li><li>14 g salt<\/li><li>Butter and oat flakes for the mold<\/li><li>Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for sprinkling<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease the loaf tin and sprinkle with the rolled oats. <br><br>Pour the water into the mixing bowl of the food processor and dissolve the starter in it.<br><br>Add the flour, yogurt, honey and pumpkin seed oil. Mix with the flat beater of a food processor for approx. 4 minutes. Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats and salt and stir briefly into the batter.<br><br>Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on top and press down lightly with a wet brush.<br><br>Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 9-12 hours.
