{"id":17092,"date":"2021-07-08T10:56:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T08:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=17092"},"modified":"2021-11-11T16:41:23","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T15:41:23","slug":"raspberry-dream-pitzauf","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/himbeertraum-pitzauf\/","title":{"rendered":"Raspberry dream topping"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <br>(for one muffin tin - 12 pieces)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Pfitzauf:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-d038ce93-9b22-4991-ab9e-a15b036c21ae\"><li>190 g wheat flour type 405<\/li><li>1 pinch of salt<\/li><li>380 ml milk<\/li><li>3 eggs<\/li><li>some butter for greasing<\/li><li>Powdered sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-d038ce93-9b22-4991-ab9e-a15b036c21ae\"><li>400 g sour cream<\/li><li>250 g low-fat quark<\/li><li>2 sachets of vanilla sugar<\/li><li>30 g meringue<\/li><li>200 g raspberries (frozen)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200\u00b0C.<br><br>Grease the muffin tins very well with butter.<br><br>Place the flour and salt in a bowl and stir in half of the milk until smooth.<br><br>Then stir the eggs into the batter.<br><br>Bring the remaining milk to the boil and stir into the batter.<br><br>Fill the muffin tins halfway with the mixture and bake in a hot <br>Bake the Merklinger for approx. 40 minutes at 200\u00b0C until golden brown.<br><br>During this time, you can make the filling. To do this, mix the sour cream, quark and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Roughly crumble the meringue and carefully mix into the sour cream mixture with the frozen raspberries.<br><br>Remove the finished Pfitzauf from the ramekins and place on a plate. <br>Leave to cool on a wire rack.<br><br>Cut the Pfitzauf apart with clean scissors. <br>Spoon a large tablespoon of the filling onto the bottom half of each pastry and assemble with the top half. <br>Sift powdered sugar over the top and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionell kommen diese Pfitzauf aus der schw\u00e4bischen K\u00fcche.
