{"id":16726,"date":"2021-07-01T08:58:37","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T06:58:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=16726"},"modified":"2021-07-01T09:01:38","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T07:01:38","slug":"italian-salsiccia-pan","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/italienische-salsiccia-pfanne\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian salsiccia pan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <br>(for a pan with 25 cm \u00d8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-a4c76f50-9e2f-424d-92dc-b5c3cac9915c\"><li>700 g minced pork<\/li><li>100 g pancetta (alternatively bacon), diced<\/li><li>50 ml dry Italian red wine<\/li><li>1 tsp chopped rosemary<\/li><li>1 teaspoon fennel seeds<\/li><li>1 burrata (alternatively buffalo mozzarella)<\/li><li>2 tomatoes<\/li><li>4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese<\/li><li>Slices of white bread (the bread may be from the previous day)<\/li><li>fresh basil leaves<\/li><li>Olive oil<\/li><li>Salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the mince, pancetta, red wine, rosemary and fennel in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and knead well.<br>Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least <strong>12 hours<\/strong> <br>let it draw.<br><br>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200\u00b0C.<br><br>Place the minced meat mixture in a lightly oiled, ovenproof pan and press down lightly. Spread half of the Parmesan on top and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200\u00b0C in a hot Merklinger.<br>Meanwhile, toast the slices of white bread on the hot firebrick until golden brown.<br><br>Wash and slice the tomatoes.<br><br>Remove the hot pan from the Merklinger. Arrange the tomato slices, burrata, white bread and basil on top.<br>Cut into \"pie slices\". Pour over a little olive oil and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also form burger patties from the minced meat mixture!
