{"id":15865,"date":"2021-06-10T12:52:11","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T10:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=15865"},"modified":"2021-09-01T12:51:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T10:51:44","slug":"ratatouille-from-the-can","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/ratatouille-aus-der-dose\/","title":{"rendered":"Ratatouille in a tin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <br>(for approx. 6 empty cans, 400 ml each)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-a4c76f50-9e2f-424d-92dc-b5c3cac9915c\"><li>1 small diced eggplant<\/li><li>1 small zucchini, diced<\/li><li>1 red bell pepper, diced<\/li><li>150 g cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li><li>1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped<\/li><li>100 g black olives, sliced<\/li><li>50 g capers<\/li><li>2 tbsp balsamic vinegar<\/li><li>5 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>1 tsp sugar<\/li><li>fresh herbs (e.g. oregano, rosemary)<\/li><li>Salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>In addition:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-a4c76f50-9e2f-424d-92dc-b5c3cac9915c\"><li>Baking paper and kitchen string<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200\u00b0C.<br><br>Prepare the tins. To do this, cut the baking paper into squares and line the clean tins with them.<br><br>Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix together and season with salt and pepper. Fill the tins with the vegetable mixture and tie the excess baking paper into parcels using kitchen string.<br><br>Place a wire rack on the firebricks, place the tins on top and cook the ratatouille in the hot Merklinger for approx. 40-45 minutes.<br><br>You can serve the ratatouille hot or cold. It goes well with grilled meat or fish.
