{"id":14241,"date":"2021-04-27T13:30:05","date_gmt":"2021-04-27T11:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=14241"},"modified":"2021-05-05T17:12:18","modified_gmt":"2021-05-05T15:12:18","slug":"liver-cheese-padella-with-pretzel-mustard-crust","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/leberkaes-padella-mit-brezel-senf-kruste\/","title":{"rendered":"Liver cheese padella with pretzel-mustard crust"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for 1 pan \u00d8 25 cm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g Leberk\u00e4sbr\u00e4t from the butcher<\/li><li>100 g Emmental cheese, grated<\/li><li>4 spring onions, finely sliced into rings<\/li><li>100 g diced bacon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>For the pretzel mustard crust:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-0fa8e2d8-389d-470d-8743-6847a988a366\"><li>100 g salted pretzels (+ 12 pretzels for decorating) or coarse pretzel crumbs (great for using up leftovers!)<\/li><li>1 tbsp sweet mustard<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>2 tbsp chopped parsley<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the Merklinger to approx. 200\u00b0C.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fry the bacon cubes in a heatproof pan until crispy. Leave to cool slightly.<br>Place the meatloaf in a large bowl and mix with the cheese and spring onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix in the cooled bacon cubes. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth it out. (It is already greased by the diced bacon).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>For the <strong>Pretzel-mustard crust<\/strong> Place the salted pretzels in a freezer bag and seal it \"halfway\". Squeeze out the remaining air and seal completely. Tap with a rolling pin until everything is roughly crumbled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whisk the egg with the mustard in a bowl and mix in the pretzel crumbs and parsley. Spread on the Leberk\u00e4sbr\u00e4t and decorate with 12 salted pretzels.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bake in the preheated Merklinger for approx. 25 minutes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Serve hot or cold with a hearty snack!
