{"id":13206,"date":"2021-02-26T11:43:08","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T10:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=13206"},"modified":"2021-05-03T13:02:21","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T11:02:21","slug":"wood-stove-granola","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/holzofen-granola\/","title":{"rendered":"Wood-fired granola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for 1 baking tray or approx. 10 portions)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g rolled oats<\/li><li>50 g pumpkin seeds<\/li><li>50 g linseed, crushed<\/li><li>50 g walnuts<\/li><li>50 g cornflakes, unsweetened<\/li><li>1 handful of popcorn<\/li><li>1 pinch of salt<\/li><li>2 tbsp rapeseed oil<\/li><li>100 g honey<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the Merklinger to approx. 200\u00b0C.<br><br>Roughly chop the walnuts.<br>Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the muesli mixture onto a baking tray or into a large baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the tray on the firebricks and roast the granola for approx. 10-15 minutes at approx. 200\u00b0C in the Merklinger. Turn over from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crunchy muesli is ready as soon as it is lightly browned.<br>It must not get too dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once removed, leave to cool completely and store in large glass jars with screw lids. Empty pickle jars, jam jars or any other old glass jars can be used for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe is perfect for making the most of the heat in the Merklinger. The wood-fired granola is ready in no time at all and enhances any breakfast bowl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place 200 g natural yoghurt in a cereal bowl and top with fresh seasonal fruit and approx. 50 g wood-fired granola.<br>The granola also tastes delicious with milk or quark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Homemade crunchy muesli has many advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You can decide for yourself how sweet you want it to be.<\/li><li>It costs less.<\/li><li>Only your favorite ingredients go in. You can vary at any time. There are no limits to your imagination.<\/li><li>Hazelnuts, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dried apple rings etc.. You have many options to change the ingredients to suit your taste and create your own personal favorite granola.<\/li><li>You decide where the ingredients come from. <\/li><li>After roasting, you can also mix in chopped chocolate.<\/li><li>Filled in small jars with pretty labels, the wood-fired granola makes a great souvenir or gift. We have created labels for you.
