{"id":12048,"date":"2020-10-27T13:02:58","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T12:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/?post_type=rezept&#038;p=12048"},"modified":"2021-05-03T14:00:04","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T12:00:04","slug":"schmandfleckerl","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/www.dermerklinger.de\/en\/rezept\/schmandfleckerl\/","title":{"rendered":"Schmandfleckerl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>For 10 pieces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the dough<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g rye flour type 997<\/li><li>300 g wheat flour type 1050<\/li><li>1\/2 cube yeast (room temperature)<\/li><li>1 tbsp dry sourdough<\/li><li>300-350 ml lukewarm water<\/li><li>12 g salt 1 tbsp fine bread spice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the topping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cups sour cream or sour cream<\/li><li>100 ml cream<\/li><li>200 g diced bacon<\/li><li>200 g grated cheese <\/li><li>A little salt and pepper<\/li><li>Some chives<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough for approx. 10 minutes using a food processor. Cover the dough in a bowl and leave to rise for approx. 1 \u00bd hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then shape the dough into patties. Shape so that there is a hollow in the middle of the flatbread. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the topping, mix the sour cream and cream and season well with salt and pepper.
